Order Processing
- ✔️ Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- ✔️ Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- ✔️ Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Time
- 🚚 Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing (if applicable), or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Costs
- ✔️ Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Any applicable taxes or duties required by your country may be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
AirTron™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Delayed Shipments
Although we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

- Holidays
- Customs inspections
- Carrier issues
- High shipping volumes
- Other events beyond our control
We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
AirTron™ ships to many countries worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
