30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- ✔️ The item must be in its original condition.
- ✔️ The item must be unused or show only minimal signs of use.
- ✔️ The item must include all original accessories and packaging.
- ✔️ Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items intentionally damaged or misused.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional items, if applicable.
- Clearance or final sale items, if marked as non-returnable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, AirTron™ will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact our customer support team. We’ll be happy to help you arrange a replacement when available.
